Brief Answer:
Take Analgesic with Antiinflammatory medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.

Throat pain on a single side might be due to Tonsilitis(Inflammation of Tonsil) or Pharyngitis(Inflammation on the left side of throat).

I saw your history that you suffered from Cough and Cold for 2 weeks, and fever(upto 103 degree fahrenheit)started around 10 days before. This past episode might be suggestive of a bacterial infection.Antibiotics are helpful in a case of bacterial infection. You have already taken tablet Azithromycin(an Antibiotic) as advised by your doctor.

At present you may find relief by taking Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory (like Ibuprofen) along with Antacid(like Rantac).

You may take other medicines like Antihistaminic(like Cetrizine) and Decongestant(like Phenylephrine) if you have cold,Cough expectorant(like Ambroxol) if you have Cough and Anti-pyretic (like Paracetamol) if you have fever.

Also do warm saline gargles.Drink lots of fluids(warm).Avoid cold, spicy and oily food.Avoid dust, smoke and other pollutants.

If you have symptoms like high grade fever(more than 101 degree fahrenheit),enlargement of neck lymph nodes, pus discharge in the back of the throat, white patches over the tonsil or pharynx,or severe pain in the throat leading to difficulty in swallowing, etc suggestive of bacterial infection or if the throat pain does not resolve after around 2 days after taking the above measures, then it would be advisable to consult an Otolaryngologist Doctor and Antibiotics may be needed to start if it is suggestive of a bacterial infection.
