Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Obstructed or incarcerated or strangulated hernia should be looked for on examination of the area. The abdomen and iliac fossae should be examined for any rigidity and rebound tenderness. Urinary tract stones and infection can present similarly. An ultrasound of the abdomen pelvis , an x ray KUB , complete blood count, urine routine and microscopic examination is indicated with such symptoms. Consult your doctor to request workup on these lines.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
