Brief Answer:
Could be due to what is called as Ureteric Colic

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have severe pain in Rt lower back with vomiting ,

This is most likely to be due to ureteric colic resulting out of impacted stone inthe ureter .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis

If pain is severe and intolerable you need to get admitted in hospital and to take antibiotics and antispasmodic drugs with intravenous fluids to keep yourself well hydrated .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
as regards site and size of stone .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
