Brief Answer:
You should be investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, it looks like Acid reflux disease and Irritable bowel syndrome.
For acid reflux disease, you should get an Upper GI endoscopy. As diarrhoea is a complaint of large bowel, you need a Colonoscopy .If Colonoscopy doesn't show any lesion, it could be Irritable bowel syndrome.
Till investigations,I prescribe Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole along with Domperidone and Pre and probiotic capsule to my patients with similar complaints.
Please consult a Gastroenterologist, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, i will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
