Question : Have dull pain in middle of chest and pain
In shoulders.

This age warrants a physcial consult with a doctor with such symptoms. However I suggest you to take Two tablets of Aspirin now and meet the doctor as soon as possible. I do not advise to wait it out for bad events.

Hope you understand what I am trying to say here. Anything can be possible with heart at this age and having not known much about your past medical history and I would think would be the best advise to visit a doctor nearby to clear the worst diagnosis.
