Brief Answer:
Can be muscular and may need relaxants and topical analgesics

Detailed Answer:
Hi, We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, if the symptoms started after dancing wildly, it can be muscular sprain unknowingly during vigorous physical activity. Using OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen alongwith muscle relaxants like orphenidine or tizindine may help.

Topical capciacin gel may also relieve the sprain. If persists a detailed orthopedician review and physiotherapy will he needed.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope this has answered your query. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask. Regards
