Brief Answer:
Can be a urinary or muscular cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain and discomfort in the pelvis can be due to a urinary infection calculus or a muscular pain. In addition to tylenol you can try hot compress and oral muscle relaxants. In case the pain is persistent then do consult a physician for proper investigations to find the cause.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
