Brief Answer:
Stress fracture

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand your concern. This sounds like a stress fracture, which is a thin hairline fracture in the foot bones, caused by excessive walking, running, bone thinning (osteoporosis) sometimes happens without a clear cause.
I recommend you have an x ray as a first step and if it doesn’t show anything then I recommend you see a podiatrist.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Wishing you good health and all the best.
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
