- Please describe the pain-where it starts first ( from the shoulder to the breast or the opposite ),?Is it a sharp pain,burning. .? Does the pain changes while you breath( get worse or better)?
When you move the arm the pain is worse or does not change ?Can you any position that the pain may become worse or better?
Can you move the arm without any problems ?
Do you have any changes in your breast ?
Did you have any trauma ?For how long have you been with this pain? It's all the day ? When you put pressure on the area , the pain gets worse or you feel better ?

Take a oral Antiinflammator ( IBuprofen, Acetaminophen and see if you get better ).

I took aspirin and it did get better
no trouble breathing, it seems to be more in the shoulder,
no heart problems, its more of a dull pain
no changes in the breast
I can lift my arm with no pain

From the exstra information you gave me : could be a nerve pain ( pinched ) or refered pain ( other disseae can cause shoulder pain )such as : Gallabader inflammation, stomach problems ,pancreatitis, blood vessel problems, from the pulmons ( bronchitis ..)
I suggest to take painkillers ( Ibuprofen , aspirin or Acetominophen ).
If the pain get worse , don't go away or you experience other symptoms; (breathing problems, cough.go to your local doctor to do some examinations.
