Brief Answer:
Clinical evaluation and investigations for all the problems you mentioned.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your short feedback.
Since the pain in abdomen for the last 18 months I would advise you the following:
Consult a General Surgeon or a Gastroenterologist for proper clinical evaluation as there has to be a reason causing pains and other symptoms for a long time which needs to be diagnosed.
A proper diagnosis alone can give you the proper management.
Mouth sores for the last 8 months may be due to after effects of intestinal problems, enhancing the local lesions in mouth due to deficiency of multivitamins.
Ultrasound is not a good investigation for intestines.
Hence I would advise you to go for the following:
Tests of stool for 3 consecutive days.
Tests of blood and urine.
CT scan of the whole abdomen.
Colonoscopy.
These should give the probable diagnosis and the plan for treatment.
Once properly treated may help you with other symptoms of oral problems, sleep problems.
