Brief Answer:
Alternating ice and heat, analgesic gel, aceclofenac tablet

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
OK, I would like to know, since when you are facing this problem?
Is there any history of injury? Or stretching?

Presently I would suggest you to try alternating ice and heat on your affected part. Ice will help reduce inflammation and heat may help improve blood flow.
I would have prescribed you aceclofenac + thiocochicoside combination two times a day for three days. Along with this application of analgesic gel or spray to the affected area would be beneficial. Avoid pushing and pulling of heavy objects. With this measures you should be fine.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
