What Causes Pain In The Right Temple Region While Having Anxiety And Panic Disorder?
Question: A bit over a month ago I was getting temple pain in my right temple, just a quick stabbing pain that would last for less than a second. This happened anywhere for 5 to 50 times a day. This subsided. I have had had an eye and temple twitching on both sides for about 3 weeks. With daily headaches. I have now developed a rash on the front of my thigh above the knee about a week ago. It is about the size of half of a dollar XXXXXXX The rash is not very bothersome, it is mildly itchy, however it doesn't seem to be getting better. I should mention I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder. I have had health anxiety for 10 years.

Thanks for the response. I have uploaded the picture of the rash.
For the head would you suggest anything other than reducing stress?
For the rash, at what point should I see a specialist?

Brief Answer:
Eczematous rash, cortisone cream and antihistaminic.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it looks like an eczematous rash.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply cortisone cream on the affected area and take antihistaminic like tablet cetirizine.
For the head take tablet diclofenac.
If it doesn’t improve in 10 days consult an internal medicine specialist.
Hope I have answered your query.
