Dear Mr XXXXXXX
Following sexual intercourse there could be congestion of testis which could be causing the pain. It is also very important to rule out remote possibility of testicular torsion.
It would be very helpful if you could provide me with following additional information
1. Since how long have you been experiencing pain?
2. Is the pain continuous or gets relieved by rest?
Awaiting your response
Take care

The pain went away but now my Urine is light green.
Brief Answer:
likely to be due to decreased intake of water
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir
The discoloration of urine is likely to be due to decreased intake of water. If there is no burning sensation while passing urine then there seems to be no reason for concern.
I would suggest you to ensure water intake of 2 to 3litre a day. If the symptoms still persist then get a urine routine examination.
Take care
