Brief Answer:
Needs workup and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. With pain in submandibles and normal workup for sinuses and glands i believe its the sore throat pain and should respond to supportive care with pain killers and good oral hygiene. Also dental workup should be done to rule any pain radiation from gums and teeth nearby. Allergies and gastric acis reflux problem should be looked for as well. Also neurological examination should be performed to assess swallowing reflexes and gag reflexes and muscles involvements in it. Lets wait for your tuesday workup and see what comes up.
Till then i would suggest ibuprofen for pain , salt water and garlic water gargles and mouth rinses. See if it helps.
