Brief Answer:
Muscular pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Cardiac origin of pain never varies from position of body.As per your history your pain is increased more in particular positions of body. Most likely you are having a muscle sprain or injury.
Before going for any cardiac etc investigation i would advice you to use ointment diclofenac thrice daily locally over area of pain.
Take tab tylenol twice daily for 3 days.Don't repeat the moment which increases pain.Provide complete rest to your back and upper chest for 3 days.

Follow up after 3 days if pain responds to it,its muscular.
