Brief Answer:
Possible erosive gastritis

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Bright red blood in vomit with bad stomach pain suggests a possible issue with erosive gastritis from various reasons.

Primary guidelines at present

- As omeprazole is already tried, intake of antacid syrup as mylanta or others will support if immediately available nearby.
- No other analgesics than paracetamol is recommended for pain relief at home.
- Maintain hydration with more liquids intake, avoid spices, non-veg kinds of stuff at present.

In case of severe persistent pain, continuous bringing up of red blood I recommend a visit to ER to get vital parameters evaluated with blood tests, ultrasound and upper GI endoscopy as per the clinician concern.

Hope I have answered your query.
