If there is any nausea or vomiting associated?
There are any fever symptoms?
whether your weight is stable. Is there any weight loss (to rule out colorectal carcinoma?
Your ability to pass stool/flatus. whether there is any blood, mucus, or melaena, and hows the consistency of stool ,number of motions per day any history of constipation or loose stools?
whether there is vaginal discharge?
smoking and drinking history.
Gastritis acid peptic disorder?
Was pain there before prednisolone therapy?

Can you localize pain with single finger or you would need full palm?
Duration of pain?
whether the onset was sudden or gradual?
Pain is continuous or intermittent?
describe the nature of the pain - stabbing, burning, gripping, etc?

here are aggravating or relieving factors - eg, food, position, medication?

Few tests required are-
Blood tests may include CBC, renal function, LFTs.
Vaginal swab tests can help to exclude pelvic infection.
Ultrasound scanning can show ovarian or other mass.
Plain abdominal X-ray is mainly used to exclude bowel obstruction, ileus and perforation.
