What Causes Pain In The Wrist, Forearm And Elbow After Workout?
Question: Hi, about 3 three weeks ago after a bicep workout I began to experience pain in my wrist, forearm and elbow. They each became very tight. the next few days I tired to work through the injury but the pain and stiffness got worse. My elbow is constantly cracking and I experience pain and discomfort in my wrist in forearm when lifting items of over 3 pounds. My wrist also hurts if I do simple things like lea on a wall or pull my fingers back. Do you think this could be tennis elbow? Thank you for your help
