Hi XXXXXXX

Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

How was your day?

Hope this message finds you in good health.

I have gone through your query in detail and understand your concern.

it seems that you might have some inflammation in the affected joints, that may be causing pain.

there are various reasons for such inflammations..
old trauma, calcium deficiency, family history of joint pains, early arthritis , vitamin deficiency etc..

first of all, i will suggest you to get an xray of the affected joints and a blood test done to see for calcium and vitamin D levels. any deficiency can be cured by taking tablet supplements.

till then, you can start on anti inflammatory tablets, calcium tablets , local gel and hot fomentation.

get back to me when the reports are ready.

You should eventually get back to normal in coming few days.Nothing to worry about.

I hope your question has been answered.

Feel free to consult me anytime for follow-up queries.

Take care,God bless.
Wish you a healthy life : )
