I have a strong pain sensation in both my upper arms at the inside from the armpit to the elbow. I feel the painful sensation is inside the arm. At the rightern side it is stronger, it even hurts if I just pass my hand over the skin. I feel slight improvement if I lift my shoulders. I had the same problem ago one year ago and went to three doctors, none of them could help me. The pain disappeared after some month but now it came back and I definitely feel that it is even stronger. Thanks for an advise.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.
I can help you better if you can answer some questions.

Do you have radiating pain from shoulder to elbow?
Do you have any weakness or numbness in arm?

Have you done investigation like MRI, blood investigation last year?
Any change in food intake capacity, or weight loss?

Due to compression of nerve root there is pain your arm till elbow
I will advise you to MRI cervical spine for better diagnosis.

Brief Answer:
Due to large central disc bulge there can be pain in both arms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.

That’s good that you do not have any weakness in arm.

Due to large central disc bulge there can be pain in both arms.
So after doing MRI cervical spine we can confirm diagnosis.
I will advise to consult orthopaedic doctor for examination and investigation.

You may get relief with pregabalin which is neurotropic agent along with methylcobalamine.
Till time, avoid lifting weights. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give you relief.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.

Another possibility of proximal muscle involvement which can be confirmed by blood investigation.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
