What Causes Pain In Upper Left Abdomen?
Question: I am 32 year male suffering from stomach problem from last 6 years . doctors says i have ibs . but from last two month i have pain in upper left abdomen .my usg of whole abdoman is normal. Urine report and cbc is complete normal. Stool test is normal no occult blood .no bacteria.no wbc.before some years i have all test endoscopy and ct but no major problem. My pain is continous .my doc give me morease 135 mg and folic acid.please help me .i m very upset from this pain. I am taking ayurvedic med. Use toilet normally one time but urge to go to toilet. I feel relief after releasing gas please help me. I never colonoscopy. Shud i go for colonoscopy test.

No weight loss my average weight is 55 to 57 . my height 5 feet 6 inch . poor digestion feel fatigue .rarely constipated. No recurrent redning eyes. Never blood in stool. But pain is unbearable now these days. Very fatiguge. Always sleepy. My hb is 15.5 .rbc and wbc is very fine. I feell good if i use pain relief cream .my pain is like swelling pain which u feel good after press that area .it may be muscular pain . what are medicine for muscular pain please tell me .how i can know sir that it is muscle pain or not . my gastero never say for colonoscopy. I m not want to do it. Please suggest test And medicines for muscular pain
