What Causes Pain In Upper Right Abdomen Along With Shortness Of Breath?

I have pain in my upper right abdomen, and sometimes the left as well. It usually occurs a few times a week. I am also short of breath when walking up stairs or hills, and fatigued even with a full night's sleep. I was wondering if this would be a concern? Thank you,

Likely to be due to unaccustomed activities
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms
Many individual do experience exertional fatigue and shortness of breath on doing unaccustomed activities usually involving working against gravity. At your age it's unlikely to be due to significant cause.
Even then it's important to get a thorough physical examination done from your PCP and few basic investigation in order to avoid missing anything.
Pain in upper abdomen at your age is likely to be due to acid peptic disease.
I would suggest you the following
1. Antacid will help relieve pain in abdomen
2. Ensure good intake of water : 2 to 3 liter a day
3. High fiber diet : 2 servings of vegetable salad and 2 servings of fruits especially citrus fruit will ensure adequate intake of fiber.
4. Regular assessment from your Primary care physician
5. Investigation : Complete blood count , ECG and thyroid profile done in consultation with your Physician
Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
Wishing you a very happy and healthy life.
Take care
