What Causes Pain In Upper Right Abdomen, And Right Nipple?

Question: I have little pain in the upper right side, right above the right side nipple. First, I thought it's a muscle ache but it lasts almost five days now.

I don't smoke and I don't cough, but this little pain started four days ago and I still feel a little pain.

Do you think I have to take chest X-ray?
