Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, the pain is most likely related to a pinched or compressed nerve classically associated with a radiculopathy.

NSAIDS like naproxen along with muscle relaxants such as tizanidine can be advised for 10 days. Gabapentin and B 12 supplementation can lead to adequate recovery and resolution of the pain symptoms. These twould can be prescribed additionally if severe pain is there. Most likely the pain will resolve.

However if the pain persist despite of this then an x ray of the cervical spine (AP LATERAL) can be done along with conduction studies and EMG in consultation with your doctor. The lumps you described would require examination to proceed accordingly.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
