Brief Answer:
please provide more details.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
The cardiac anginal pain classically occurs behind breast bone, it comes with exertion/ stress/ exercise and disappears at rest or after taking nitrates. It may involve both arms, whole chest and can extent from lower jaw to umbilicus.
The pain which lasts for a minute or less, can be pinpointed with finger, occurs in particular postures, involves area below umbilicus or above lower jaw, can be elicited by pressure or touch, is related to breathing is not likely to be anginal.
Please provide details in view of above facts. So that it can be ascertained if it is likely to be cardiac or not.
Please provide duration of symptoms and narrate all other medical illnesses you have.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
