Brief Answer:
Yes it is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns.

Few women do experience sharp pain in the vagina in early pregnancy. If your ultrasound for baby is normal and you have no vaginal bleeding or discharge then you need not worry. During pregnancy blood flow to the uterus and genitalia is increased. This increases the sensitivity of vagina and some women experience pain. It often goes away on its own.

You need to consult doctor-
If the pain is associated with discharge ( it suggests infection).
If it is associated with vaginal bleeding (it suggests threatened miscarriage).

If you have further queries, I will be happy to answer.
With best wishes,
Dr Rama
