Detailed Answer:
Hi
Pain in your girlfriend vagina while having intercourse though she is negative for urinary tract infection can be due to a psychological problem.
Anxiety and depression can contribute to a low level of arousal and a resulting discomfort or pain during intercourse.
She is having afraid of having sex in different positions other than missionary and even in missionary she is complaining of pain sometimes due to involuntary spasms of the muscles of the vaginal wall called vaginismus.
I will advise you to to communicate with your girlfriend and talk to her about what she feels good and what she does not.
I will also advise you to use a lubricant which will make can make intercourse more comfortable.

thanks for your quick reply.
1. She s having UTI problem from a month.
2. I got myself checked wer my report showed negative for UTI as the doc she consulted said that it can be due to me.
3. This issue started few months back only.
4. We do spend qualitative time in foreplay and i do make sure that she is completely lubricated naturally.
So what do u think will be the issue.???
Do u still think external lubrication will help. And will using of external lubrication cause any other issue ???
urine culture sensitivity test
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Since the issue started few months back only pain during intercourse may be caused by urinary tract infection of girlfriend or vaginal infection.
I will advise you to do a urine culture sensitivity test on your girlfriends urine and start sensitive antibiotics accordinly with advise of doctor. I also suggest you visit your doctor for vaginal infection.
I will also advise you to use silicone based external lubricants as they last longer than water based ones and does not cause yeast infection.
