Brief Answer:
It can be dequervain disease
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have read your case and there are two diagnosis which fit in to these symptoms.
1. DeQuervain's disease- compression of the tendon causes such symptoms.
2. Carpometacarpal arthritis-less chances
3.carpel tunnel syndrome
So for confirmation you need to show her to orthopedic surgeon. It is not very serious disease and can be treated with rest, pain killers.
Some time in resistant cases , steroid injection or minor surgery may be needed.I hope this answers your query. Let me know if you want to ask nay other questions. Thanks and take care.
