What Causes Pain Inside Both Elbows And Swelling Inside Left Knee?

Might be osteoarthritis, need further evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
It is difficult to diagnose exactly without examination and investigation.
Is there history of any injury?
Based on the information it might be Osteoarthritis of the knee joint in which the cartilage in between the bones gets worn out.
Such pain can also happen due to age related myxoid degeneration of the menisci. It needs proper clinical examination and relevant investigations to diagnose which among these is hurt.
X Ray is helpful in diagnosing, if it does not reveal changes other tests like MRI will be needed.
I would advice you for heat application and use of knee brace for proper knee support.
Avoid such activities as squatting, kneeling, heavy lifting, climbing, etc. Use western toilet only. Physiotherapy and ultrasound massage will be beneficial.
I would have preferred ibuprofen over Tylenol, of not relieved by this them, intra-articular steroid injection can be considered.
I would recommend you to see orthopedic surgeon for examination and for investigation.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.
I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
