What Causes Pain Inside The Elbow?
![default](/r/images/default.png)
Seems to be muscle strain.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
The fact that your pain is occurring with movements indicates a muscle strain. Any strained muscle when stretched gives severe pain.
I advice you to follow the below mentioned guidelines -
* Give adequate rest to the involved muscle group and avoid any movement that causes pain
* Do hot fomatation at the site.
* Apply local anti-inflammatory gel 2-3 times a day.
* Take anti-inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen to reduce pain and local swelling or inflammation.
* Do not lift weight or try to do exercise that involve painful muscles. Give proper time to heal.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care

It would be helpful to wear a brace.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If there is tenderness(pain on pressing the point) at outside of elbow, then there is possibility of tennis elbow.
Again our initial treatment plan is same. It would it be helpful to wear a brace to give the rest to the muscles around.
Wishing you speedy recovery...
Warm regards.
