Brief Answer:
You have to consult an orthopedic surgeon or neorosurgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr.Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
Your problem ,it looks like sciatica ,so in my opinion you should consult an orthopedic surgeon or a neurologist.
I suggest you get an MRI to know the exact cause of your problem.

THANK YOU DR. LET ME EXPLAINE A LITTLE FURTHER.

I HAD A LAMINECTOMY FOR SEVERE BACK PAIN IN 2015. MY LEGS AND TAILBONE STARTED HURTING IN EARLY 2016. I WAS PRESCRIBED 15MG OF MORPHINE WITH NO IMPROVEMENT. SUFFERING EXCRUCIATING PAIN IN MY TAILBONE AND LEGS I RESORTED TO VISITS TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM FOR A PAIN INJECTION. MORPHINE DIDNT WORK. SO I WAS INJECTED WITH DALAUTED, THIS WORKED.

I SEE A PAIN MGMT DR, FOR CRONIC BACK PAIN. I GET TRIGER POINT INJECTIONS IN MY LOWER BACK BOTH SIDES AND THEY LAST 3 WEEKS. HE PRESCRIBED OPANA ER 15MG AND THIS STOPPED THE PAIN IN MY TAILBONE BUT NO RELIEF IN MY LEGGS AND FEET. ANY FURTHER HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED. THANK YOU.

Brief Answer:
Start combination of Pregabalin and methycobalamine + Back exercises

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
You started developing pain in your tailbone and legs in 2016 after laminaectomy in 2015.Your multiple MRIs did not reveal much.
I suggest you start a combination of Pregabalin and Methycobalamine + Muscle strengthening exercises for the back. Pain killers alone may not help much Also ,if you don't feel improvement in 2-3 weeks , get an NCV to assess the nerve functions.
Hope this will benefit you. Thanx for the question.
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
