Needs work up for cause

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Left arm pain with numbness and tingling in head associated with headache some times is likely a neurological compression or a nutritional neuropathy. Its association with back ribs and neck make it musculoskeletal as well.

it needs work up, evaluation of cervical spine, local causes work up like carpal tunnel syndrome, nutritional work up , metabolic profile work up to sort out the cause of this paresthesia symptoms and treat accordingly. Talk to a neurologist and let them help you in this regard.
