Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
In my opinion you are suffering from probably slipped disc where one of the nerves is pressed in spine.
I would recommend MRI of lower lumbar spine to confirm the diagnosis.
In the meantime I would suggest painkillers and muscle relaxant + physiotherapy.
