Slight headache
No nausea, sensitivity to light or sound, no discharge in the left eye or ear, or lacrimation (after I looked up this term)
0 history of migraines
No anxiety other than normal life :)
Feels like pins and needles from the mid-left side of my scalp straight forward to the brow bone then travels south along the hairline, internal pressure inside the left ear (no loss of hearing) and down the left side of my jaw with a slight pressure at the jaw
Started out on Saturday as just a small bit of needle like pain on my scalp and has progressed to what I describe above
Have taken:
Advil as designated on the bottle,
Afrin (thought it might be my eustacean (sp?) tubes that are prone to going out of whack with the flying I usually do - but note I haven't flown in 3 weeks
Fluctonnase
None of it has helped other than the Advil masking the symptoms for a period of time

Brief Answer:
Continue treatment as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If all other symptoms are absent, then possibility of non specific headache is more.
You continue advil for 4-5 days.
Amitriptyline can also be taken after prescription.
Examination by a doctor for temporal arteritis and Temporo-mandibular joint involvement is required.
ESR should be done.
