Brief Answer:
Details please .

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history and concerns.
Your history is specific: you have a pain in the left abdomen, *increases on deep breathing, it is continuous, sharp and intolerable.
Since the sonography is normal- no lymph nodes, kidneys are also normal except few concretions the cause of the pain is not detectable on ultrasound.

In such a case the problem can be a referred pain from pleura or lower lung or spine - the history of pain increasing on deep breathing can be explained by this.

I would advise you to go for a clinical examination again and for the investigations of the blood, urine, stool, X-ray chest and MRI of the spine if indicated.

Please give a feedback about:
- Since when have you got this pain?
- Any complaints related to urine or stool?
- Nausea, vomiting, bloating, fever or chills?
- Any respiratory problem like pain in lower chest left side, coughing?
- Any back ache or radiation of pain to any other site?
- Any rash, redness of the skin, burning sensation?

The feedback may help me to assist you more.

Brief Answer:
May be gastritis as burping increase your pain in left side of abdomen

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your feedback.
Noted all the points.
Constipation since 4-5 years and you have already been prescribed Cremaffin plus and should work for you.

Noteworthy is the history of *burping causing severe pain in left side of abdomen.
This is more suggestive of severe gastritis and/or esophagitis.
I would advise you to go for upper GI endoscopy at the earliest.Till then:
Soft bland diet.
Continue the medicines as advised by your Doctor.
Antacid gel 3 tsf 3 hourly particularly when on empty stomach.

I hope this will help you to get a relief.
Please give feedback.
