What Causes Pain On Penis Head After An Intercourse?

PLease, monitor before going to see a doctor!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this pain that you have been experiencing after having intercourse yesterday. I have read through the information that you have provided fully
There is just no way this pain could be related to herpes. This pain seems more to be related to blunt trauma during the sexual intercourse. Herpes would normally get to produce symptoms at least days after the sexual exposure and not immediately upon removing a condom. There is just no way that a virus can be that fast to multiply and cause symptoms during intercourse. There is no point I going to a doctor now as this pain would soon subside. If it should not do so over the next 72hours or get worse, talk to me for more insights before we make the decision to see a doctor or not.
I hope this addresses your query fully. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and please feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Thank you for your prompt reply. First, happy that this may be a minor issue. Couple corrections (One I left out, just remembered it after reading your reply). Me and the wife do not use protected sex. We've been married 11yrs :-) However, I thought as much, as nothing moves that fast.
Side note, after thinking on this, there was one other time many months ago, but it was an oral episode. She mentioned a possible sharp tooth. Is it possible, that this is the case, and if so, it may be that there is some minute cut that never healed. Is this possible? I still cannot see any marks/cuts abrasion under the location (I am circumcised - so everything is easy to view), the feeling sometimes can be described as a fine hair being pulled across the ridge - yes very painful. But not constant.
However, like I mentioned, I did take a shower - twice today, I work two jobs, and this time - the pain did not subside.
Hope this clears up any blanks.

Thanks for following up with me. Going through this information, there is no need to get scared. Honestly, this is a blunt trauma that went unnoticed during the intercourse.
I will suggest that you keep a cool head. This will subside. Taking a shower multiple times in a day is okay but would in no way delay or accelerate healing.
If there were any cut fro the last encounter of oral sex, it must have healed overtime. Beside, you cannot find any cur or bruise which makes blunt trauma more likely.
I wish you well.
