Brief Answer:
Possibly muscle spasm

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXXXXX

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and the most likely cause could be mechanical back ache leading to muscle spasm in the affected area.

It is most likely caused due to bad posture and lack of exercises for spine.

At present, you need to take muscle relaxants such as myospaz forte or mobizox, twice daily for 5-7 days.

In addition, you would also benefit from hot pack, IFT, ultrasound, with the help of a physiotherapist.

You should keep your back straight and the location of laptop should be such that you need not bend to look at it.

Flexon MR is a good alternative to use.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
