Most probably muscular in nature
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for getting back. Yes in this case there is high possibility that it was muscular in nature. If there is no previous or family history of heart problem then its absolutely fine. If pain occurs again then i would suggest you following things:
- ibuprofen thrice a day for 3 days
- take hot water in a rubber bottle and place it at the site of pain. It will give soothing effect.
- get a baseline ECG done.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!

Most probably muscular spam
Detailed Answer:
hello
Thank you for the followup query.
As there is no family history of such problem so you can relax. In case of +ve family history we take extra care. In your case it was most probably muscular in nature. It can occur due to muscular spasm. Simply take general care as mentioned above. Hopefully it will not bother you again. If taking ibuprofen then take it with food..
Feel free to get back with a query. IF not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health!
