Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,
Thanks for your additional information. Followings are my comments:
1) Pain on right side cheek bone could be due to a) sinus infection or congestion (specifically maxillary sinus) and b) tooth infection itself (nerve related with upper jaw teeth, is located deep inside cheekbone).
2) I can suggest you to consult with your Dentist or primary physician for clinical examination, necessary investigations (like digital X-ray or CT scan of maxillary sinus, dental X-ray, complete blood count etc) and proper management.
3) Treatment : One course antibiotic (like Cephalexin or Cefixime etc), painkiller (like combined diclofenac and paracetamol) and decongestant. Kindly, procure a complete prescription with dose and duration from your treating doctor.
4) You should brush 2 to 3 times a day, flossing and rinsing with mouthwash that is beneficial to eliminate anaerobic bacteria. Try to avoid alcohol, smoking, cold drinks and sugary foods. Hexidine mouthwash is quite helpful. Maintain oral hygiene properly and do periodic check up to your dentist.
Hope, I have answered your query. Wish your good health and take care.
