Brief Answer:
Probably from cervical spodylosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
Your symptoms are suggestive of pressure on the neck nerves from degenerated discs in the neck region.
MRI of the cervical spine would reveal the extent of the lesions.

I have been told of my neck problems and that there is nothing can be done,, but I did not think this would cause the problems I have with my constant tiredness especially after eating , in the last two mths ,I notice that I am always hungry most notable after eating, now and again I get a very severe pain in my left side just under my rib cage it comes when I inhale and it is nearly impossible to exhale with the pain , after about 3r4 breaths it goes away and might not return for ages , but by god when it does it hurts , what might be the cause ?

Brief Answer:
Problems discussed below.

Detailed Answer:
The pain after eating food is due to an inflammation of the stomach due to acid or to pain killers or stress related. Proton Pump inhibitor (PPI) medicines would be helpful in addition to avoiding the precipitating causes.
Pain in the left side related to inhalation can be due to several factors like an inflammation of the pleura ( the covering of the lungs) but these last longer than 4 breaths. It is likely to be due to a spasm of the intercostal muscles or the diaphragm when it is short lasting.
I think your neck problem can be improved upon with treatment. Treatment of the neck problem would involve correct posture, physiotherapy, sleeping on a hard bed without pillows, muscle relaxants and certain prescription medicines.
Try to relax if you lead a stressful life as stress can worsen your problems.

I am taking a lot of pain killers at the moment because of my neck problems , ie Vimovo, lyrica, and paralief , I have done a coarse of body healing and at the moment am doing some excerises twice a day for my posture and back mussels , they are helping a little with the pressure on my head but little else, my biggest worry at the moment is being so tired all the time, dizzy feeling and sleeping when I relax, plus the fact that I have pains in every bone in my body, last night I woke up with a pain that appeared to be in my annus but when I went to toilet nothing happened , but just sitting there relieved the pain after 10 mins I went back to bed only for the pain to return after 5mins , had to return to the toilet and this time I remained there for 30mins after which I slept and am ok this morning apart from a odd feeling in my rear end like if something went on there but I don' know

Brief Answer:
try to wean off pain killers

Detailed Answer:
When you are on pain killers you become dependant on them.
You require to wean yourself gradually.
Please check your vitamin D level. Boney pains at multiple sites can be due to Vitamin D deficiency.
Your anal pain is suggestive of proctalgia fugax.
You need to treat it only if you get recurrent attacks.

Thank you for your support , it is very helpful, I agree about the pain killers, but it is hard to stay without the unless I am occupied otherwise , during which I don't take any , the anal pain occurs about every three weeks , seldom less than that , but the pain is always the same it is very severe at first eases off for about 10 mins and then returns and hangs on for 30mins or so , but leaves this strange feeling for a couple of days , like I think I want to go to the loo but when I get there I don't , what do you think ?

Brief Answer:
So please keep yourself occupied.

Detailed Answer:
I think your anal pain is proctalgia fugax where one may not find any organic lesion on colonoscopy. Please go ahead with the colonoscopy as it will detect if there is any organic lesion producing your symptom.
