Musculo Skeletal Chest Pain
Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Your history is highly suggestive of musculo skeletal chest pain.
Cardiac chest pain is continuous or increases on exertion.
It has no relation with lifting objects.
Musculoskeletal Chest pain increases on lifting the objects.
I would advise you following in such situations to my patients:
1. To take a Pain killer and muscle relaxant like a combination of Diclofenac and Chlorzoxazone.
2. A combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once daily.
3. Hot fomentation
4. To apply Volini gel locally over the affected area.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
