Brief Answer:
Neurological conditions to be considered.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Symptoms you describe are typical of nerves involvement, so, neurological conditions that may cause those symptoms should be assessed first.

These conditions include peripheral neuropathy, lumbar spinal cord stenosis etc.

It is necessary to get evaluated by a Neurologist and appropriate tests ( nerve conduction study, X-rays and MRI of the lumbosacral spine, blood tests for diabetes, vitamin B12 levels, etc.) in order to get a correct diagnosis.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
