Question: Hi I have just been hit in the temple hard and now i have swelling and pressure and pain do I need a doctor?

Kindly answer the following to advise accordingly.

Did you have loss of consciousness ( even for a little while) after being hit on the head ?
Have you vomited after being hit ?
