Brief Answer:
You need to get your serum B 12 and back x ray

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think your pain can be due to hypothyroidism.I would suggest you to follow these steps.
1.Get your serum B 12 estimation and see if it is low. In that case you can start taking tablet b 12 one daily for three months.
2.Tablet Pregabalin one tablet at night time.
3.Hot water fomentation.
4.Doppler examination of lower limb to see if their is any vascular problem.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if their is any other followup questions.
thanks
