What Causes Pain Under Rib Cage With Abdominal And Lower Back Pain?

Question: Good afternoon dr. XXXX
I suffered a long lasting 3 week cold virus in early October that many in my community had. It was generally a head sinus issue, but with me my stomach and intestines were also affected. I do have Celiac disease so I thought some of the refered pain in the intestine area was just due to weakened immunity during fighting the head cold. But the sinus cold has been gone for 10 days and my stomach area still burns and is sensitive to touch. The pain is throughout my stomach area from side to side and extends up under rib cage and I have lower back pain. At times still, I also seem to have some ringing in ears and clicking as if fluid is still present. I have been taking probiotics to replace good bacteria and I am religious about taking no wheat in my diet. Could I possibly have a stomach infection?
Thank You

Brief Answer:
it appears to be acid peptic disease
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thanks for putting your query in hcm. It appears rhat you have either acid peptic disease or may be due to side affects of mesicine which you have taken for cold sinus issue. It does not appear to be due to infection as usually viral infection dont stay for such a long and even when cold sinus is over. So I will suggest you to take a course of a proton pump inhibitor like rabeprazole along with a prokinetic agent like levosulpiride. Also avoid spicy and fatty meals. I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Wish you a good health

The pain is not really affected by food I eat. It is just constant 24 hour pain throughout stomach region, sore under rib age, back pain, ringing and clicking in ears as well.
Brief Answer:
take drotavarina long with proton pump inhibitor and get your ears examined
