What Causes Pain Under The Right Rib Cage When Diagnosed With Hyperplasia?
Question: I was recently diagnosed with hyperplasia (have a follow up app. next week. I have a dull pain in my vaginal area that does not go away (dull and heavy feeling), but not excruciating. It feel like I have a UTI. I also have sharp pains in my upper right side under rib cage. I have had blood in my stool but only three times in the last month. How would I know if I have cancer?
Also, my doctor recommended a biopsy, I have a low tolerance for pain, do you have any suggestions for sedation

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. An imaging and biopsy will be required
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details.
So for diagnosing cancer an imaging study like CT-scan or MRI of that particular area will be requiring followed by a biopsy test. That can diagnose if there is cancer or not.
To lessen the pain, biopsy can be done in mild sedation with drug like Midazolam or Pentazocine. Please discuss it with the surgeon.
Feel free to ask further
Thanks and regards
