What Causes Pain When On Clomid And Trying To Conceive?

Question: I am trying to conceive,first cycle of clomid50mg, two follicles on left ovary 20mm and 24mm on 14th day..but having pain in left pelvic side..and lower back and stomach feels bloated.is it uti or ovulation pain ...can I take cital syrup..plz help..also goin to doc in the eve..

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

1. Pain you have is ovulation pain.

2. This means your egg is being released and you can try now for pregnancy.

3. I dont advice taking any medicines now as you have suggested if you can bear it. Take cital it only if it is unbearable pain. This is unlikely to be UTI.

4. This is good time to try for pregnancy.

Sir how ling this pain would be there normally...i am having this since yesterday eve...but today its very light..and can both of the follicles may realease egg or only one will??

Pain reduces slowly as you are already experiencing.

Probably both follicles get released.

You have good chance with 2 follicles ovulating.
