What Causes Pain While Swallowing Hot And Spicy Food?

Question: Im having pain while swolling hot n spicy food. I went to ENT he said my throat is red and white spots on tonsils. He diagonsed as tonsillitis and granular phyrangtis. I have taken lot of antiboitcs Steroids beofre but no change.
Are these two conditions related to each other? Will removing tonsils will solve my granular phrayngitis also?

You are probably suffering from chronic pharyngitis and to nsillitis. The white spots in tonsils are due to bacterial infection.
Please send me the pictures of your throat and a x-ray paranasal sinuses. Also get a throat swab for culture sensitivity done.
This will tell about the bacterial infection. It is possible that the antibiotics you have been taking might be resistant to the infecting bacteria. That's why you are not responding.
The decision about tonsillectomy can't be made without the reports. tonsillectomy won't have any effect on pharyngeal inflammation.
I need to see the pictures of your throat so that I can suggest you better.

Hello maam ,Please attach see image from endoscopy and PNS scan report. So you mean solving my tonsilitis will not resolve thorat redness and granular phrayngistis ?

Thanks for the information. I was suspecting and your ct scan report also says that you have a deviated nasal septum and sinusitis. The throat infection is due to this only. Tonsils are getting infected because of sinusitis only.
Take an oral decongestants and nasal spray twice daily
Take an antacid once daily
So warm salt water gargles
Do all this treatment for a week and tell me.
You should be operated for your nasal septum and sinusitis. Sir will definitely resolve your throat problem.

If you have tried everything but still the symptoms are there, septoplasty with endoscopic sinus surgery is recommended. But you should continue taking nasal spray.
The throat symptoms will also subside with nasal surgery.

One last Last question- but i dont have sneeze, cold , PND, nasal bockage or cough also my breathing is proper still u recomend DNSsurgery? Only thing my left nose is always red from inside.
