What Causes Painful And Bruised Lump On Clitoris?

Question: hi, i am a 18 year old woman and i just recenty found a painful and bruised lump by my clitoris. Today it burst and i cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide and neosporin. do you know what it is and if there is anything i can do to help it?
