What Causes Painful Arch Of Foot?

Question: The arch of my foot (back of arch to heel has been hurting for at least 2 months. Feels like my arch is about to snap. Much worse in AM. Go to dr or deal w/ it?

Randomly started 1 morning. Havent been to the dr. I still am very active but the pain is horrible!
